This is a lovely job for a live in housekeeper to work for a friendly informal British Family.
They live in beautiful home on the London/Surrey Border (half an hour to Central London), which is modern and easy to keep clean.  They have a 9 year old daughter and she has an after school nanny so there is no real childcare with this job but you do need to be 'child friendly'.  There is also a little dog in the house which you may be asked to walk if the Principal doesn't take her to the office.  You will need to be an experienced driver for this role and a car will be supplied, which you can also use in your own time.
The Principals are looking for an experienced housekeeper who is happy to organise their own day and work using their own initiative as they are working professionals who are out all day.
Your role will include preparing breakfast, general cleaning to a high standard and presenting the house beautifully, laundry and ironing and you should know how to look after designer clothing, changing the beds and other household linens, general household and food shopping, taking the dry cleaning and running errands, dealing with tradesmen and contractors when necessary, meeting and greeting guests and anything that comes along that needs to be done to keep the house running smoothly.  The after school nanny cooks for the daughter so the only cooking would be a simple supper for the Principals (grilled chicken or fish and vegetables or salad) if needed.  Although the Principals have high standards this is not a stressful job and you should have plenty of time to do whatever is necessary in the home as they only use two bedrooms on a regular basis.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper  in an executive style of residence for at least 3 years with suitable references.  You will need to speak good English, be organised and reliable, and have a friendly personality.
This is a live in job working Monday to Friday.  Most days you will be working from 7am to 5pm with a break during the day,  Your accommodation will be your own self contained flat, which is over two floors,  (sorry no partners, pets or children) which is newly refurbished with all bills paid for + a car for your own use.  Salary will be in the region of £500 net pw.
