Housekeeper/cook live-in in St John's Wood
Family of 3 is looking to employ a full time live-in housekeeper/cook to manage housekeeping duties and family cooking. The father lives with their 21 years old son who is mostly away at university and their 15 years old girl who is at home, and their lovely Labradoodle dog. They have another live-in Head/housekeeper you'll share the duties and split the week. You must be comfortable working alongside the dog and occasionally to walk (they have a dog walker). The house is 5 bedrooms over 4 Storey, with antiques and silverware, marble and glass you need to clean. Duties will include general cleaning to a high standards, polishing, washing and ironing including care of delicate clothing, general tidy up and organisation as well as family cooking. Other duties will include some shopping, unpacking deliveries, dry-cleaning, and other related. The other housekeeper/nanny has worked with the family for very long time so you must be happy to follow her instructions with her knowing the family preferences. You'll have a handover day on Thursdays and again on Monday. Ideal candidate is someone switched on, capable, with a 'can-do' attitude, flexible and with a think ahead mind.
Location: St John's Wood. Days and hours: 4.5 days a week - Thursday noon to Monday evening
Salary: market salary - £500 net/week (open to discuss)

You must have minimum 4 years experience in UK in similar roles with great experience and checkable references, great level of English and valid working Visa.
