Live in House Keeper for Family in Richmond

Live-in Housekeeper/Nanny, Richmond Hill
Family of 5 with dog (working Cocker Spaniel) looking for a friendly, confident housekeeper-nanny.
Salary: £250-300 (negotiable depending on experience)
Start date: August/September 2022
Days/hours: Monday to Friday 35/40 hours - typically 7-12am and 3pm-6pm plus 2 evenings babysitting per week.
Accommodation
Large family home with 6 bedrooms, garden and drive in Richmond. Very close the shops, restaurants and only a short 10 minute walk to Richmond Station. The successful candidate will have their own room on a separate floor to the family with kitchenette and ensuite with shower; and their own separate access in and out of the house. Wifi. TV. All food and bills are included.
Must be confident, down-to-earth person with a natural flair with children. Must have a positive attitude and wiliness to Muck in.
The Family
The Mum is currently studying interior design 4 days a week and the Dad works as a tax consultant. Mum enjoys running and high intensity classes. Dad loves cycling and football.
There are 3 boys aged 8, 7 and 5 – all at a local school from 8:30-3:30pm. The boys are boisterous but caring and fun. They enjoy being active and playing games - football, swimming, going to the playground, playdates with friends.
The dog is 9 months old – very friendly.
Duties and responsibilities
Full housekeeping duties (this includes but is not exclusive to) vacuuming, dusting, laundry, mopping floors and all the family laundry and ironing, taking and collecting clothes from dry cleaners, emptying kitchen bin, running errands. Taking ownership and making sure the home is kept clean and tidy.
Assisting with care for the boys.
Be willing to work along side parents, as well as, having sole charge of the children from time to time. You will help get boys up, preparing breakfast, clearing up after breakfast/children's dinner, emptying and stacking the dishwasher, overseeing the boys getting dressed/brushing teeth etc, walking and collecting the boys from school, preparing healthy meals for the children, playing with the boys, looking after their school uniform, shoes and sports kits.
Key requirements
- have excellent house-keeping skills; must have previous experience
- relevant experience with children (advantageous)
- must be a dog lover
- have a positive attitude
- excellent communication skills
- fluent English
- non-smoker
- driving license not essential
