Local pub in Wimbledon is looking to recruit a live-in general manager.
Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recruitment and Retention of bar and kitchen staff
- Human Resources and Health and Safety Due Diligence
- Stocktake Control and Ordering
- Supplier Comparisons and Management
- Rota and Scheduling
- Marketing and Promotion
- Daily Operations and Cash Reconciliation
experience in managerial/supervisory roles is required.
