The much loved Garden Shed pub in Wimbledon is looking for a General Manager to join the team. A transitional period is available with immediate start but GM role to begin from end of Jan 2022.
Position is preferred with live-in but arrangements can be made for the right candidate.
Role will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities:
- Managing of day - to - day operations of the business
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Complete management of kitchen operations
- Human Resources and health and safety due diligence
- Marketing and advertising strategy and development
- Reporting to Operations Manager and Company Directors
- Financial and end of week reconciliation and reporting
A great opportunity for an Assistant Manager to take the next step, or a General Manager with 1-3 years experience who are looking to join a smaller team to gain greater knowledge of business operations to progress in the industry.
