Are you an exceptional, developing hotel/restaurant/bar all-rounder who is looking for a learning opportunity and to provide the very best professional – but informal – service for our guests?
The Priory Inn is a privately owned (really busy), 14 bed hotel /70 cover restaurant in a beautiful Cotswolds market town and has a fantastic reputation to maintain.
We are looking for a high calibre, still developing, all-rounders to work alongside our other Duty Managers.

Requirements:
Energetic, dynamic, motivated and responsible.
Looking for a long-term job to build on your management learning as well as get Stuck into the operation of a 14 bedroom hotel, 70 cover restaurant and busy bar – away from the stress and expense of city life.
Enjoy being hands on, chopping and changing between working on a busy hotel reception; tending a contemporary, fun bar; and waiting at tables;
Enjoy getting the very best out of your team – and they enjoy working with you;
Your passion for local food will mean you have a natural desire to absorb as much information as possible to pass onto our guests;
Have good judgement, a positive attitude and natural managerial presence for our guests and with staff;
A developing manager who is keen to take advantage of a learning opportunity;
Your computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook are second to none and you are highly organised with a strong leaning towards administration – possibly already with hotel reception experience;
Fluent in spoken and written English and able to provide access to referees to support your experience from similar customer facing roles;
Will need to present your valid working papers for the UK.
