We are a family based in South Kensington looking for a full-time, permanent, live-in Filipino nanny starting September. We have 2 young, sweet daughters, a 3 year old toddler and almost 1 year old baby.
We require someone who is friendly, Smiley, sweet, caring, maternal, very honest, manages stressful situations well, dependable, stable, calm yet energetic with the kids (sing songs, play, creative, read books, come up with activities on own initiative, etc.), non-intrusive and respectful of private family life, flexible, loyal, intelligent, efficient at multitasking, extremely clean (on herself, our children, and the household), has excellent time management and organisational skills, and is perfectionistic in her approach in handling our children + general organisation of the household.
We will provide a nice, comfortable outfit so the nanny always looks professional and put together.
The nanny needs to be good at taking instructions and putting these into action as part of being managed. Her level of English needs to be good.
Ideally the nanny already has an established family meaning she can devote herself in a flexible manner to our family. She can also be younger and perhaps not yet have the commitment of a family.
In addition, the nanny needs to like dogs as we have a friendly and playful dog which she will take out on walks with the kids.
We would ideally like to establish a long-term relationship with our nanny until our children are old enough to no longer need a nanny, so this role would suit someone perfectly who’s looking for a stable, long-term position for several years.
The working days will generally be Monday through Friday with a few babysitting evenings during the week and on the weekends. In general, we require flexibility in availability. She will occasionally need to travel with us abroad.
The nanny will have her own private bedroom and private en-suite bathroom.
The salary is £400-£450 per week.
We take really good care of our nanny if we feel she’s committed to our family!
