This is a fabulous job for a Domestic Couple to manage a lovely chateau in South Eastern France, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.  You would be working for a family who are based in London and use the property for themselves for holidays, with occasional visitors also.

Job Description
The role will be to keep the property in an immaculate condition at all times. The inside of the Chateau will need to kept clean and well maintained. There is a local farmer who does quite a lot of the gardening but you must also be happy to help, keep the area around the property in good condition and do some 'hands on' gardening yourselves, When the family arrive they want to be picked up from a station or airport,  find a warm and welcoming home with bedrooms and guest rooms made up to a high standard, the reception rooms presented well, the swimming pool ready to use, the gardens looking lovely,  that the house is stocked with provisions - and that you can cook for them simple family style meals using local produce during their stay when needed. At least one of you will need to speak fluent French, and it would be useful if both of you could drive.
Candidate Requirements
This role requires a couple who have worked together as a domestic couple for at least 3 years with suitable references.  You will need to speak good English, and one of you needs to speak fluent French.  You will need to be organised, able to manage your own work, reliable, honest and have a 'can do' attitude.

Working Days and Salary Package

The working times and days will be very flexible with job - you will organise your own time when the family are not in residence and you will need to work with flexibility when they are there.  Your accommodation will be your own 2 bedroom gatehouse, sorry no children but you are welcome to bring pets.  Salary is negotiable but in the region  of £900-950 per week net.
