A live in Companion/ Housekeeper for an elderly lady with dementia in Bromley, Kent.
Our client has requested a female carer for this role and would ideally like someone with previous dementia carer experience.
Start Date:  as soon as possible
Salary:  £430 net per week + tax and national insurance (£539 gross)
Hours: Live In: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-10pm (with breaks in the day)
Accommodation: Own furnished bedroom. Own TV and WiFi. Food provided.
As the elderly lady lives with her niece and her 2 adult children, the person must be happy to live within a family set up.
Duties: Help with waking, getting up and preparing breakfast, assist with dressing, empty commode, general companionship and supervision, prepare lunch and dinner, assist with getting to bed, laundry and ironing.
You must:
Have previous relevant experience with checkable reference to support your application.
Hold a current DBS or be willing to undertake one.
Like dogs (there are 2 small dogs in the house)
Non smoking work environment
