Hello,
We are looking for a night carer to work with Nicky who has been suffering with cancer for some time. He is 73 and lives with his wife in Richmond who cares for him but needs respite.
He will be receiving palliative care at home and will have carers during the day and then will need someone to take over during the night from around 9pm until 8am in the morning, the carer can then sleep during the day in their own bedroom and will be expected to also be around during the day but of course can pop out for a few hours.
There may be 1 or 2 afternoons per week that you also sit in with Nicky so that his wife can go out for short periods.
No nursing experience is required just a very gentle and caring attitude but some care experience is required.
The payment is £1,250 per week
The start date is Monday 23rd - An interview would take place over this weekend.
