We are looking for an English speaking, female live in carer to look after our 83 years old father who is suffering from Dementia.
Our father is fully mobile and looked after by my mother who requires the support.
Their eldest son and daughter live nearby
Main duties will include:
Engaging in conversation and appropriate activities with my father (who is still very active)
General care of our father (food preparation/ clothes/ room tidy)
Nightcare as and when required (and linked to nighttime wonders)
Helping with shopping and cleaning/ laundry
Occasional cooking
Driving to and from care centre 3 times a week
Essential experience:
experience looking after patients with Dementia
Fluent in english
Full driving licence
My parents are located in France next to Geneva (Ferney-Voltaire) and applicants must be willing to relocate to France.
My mother is a smoker and applicants should be happy living in a smoking environment.
Start as soon as possible and working 4 weeks on 4 weeks off?
