Live In Au Pair Needed - immediate start - Bromley, SE London.
Salary: £200 per week + gym membership
We are looking to welcome our next au pair who can start as soon as possible and stay for 6 months min or longer if wanted.
We are an English/Polish family, based in Bromley, South East London. We have two daughters, one is at University, the other (Olivia) is 15, and is autistic. She’s very calm, happy and gentle, and is at school Monday to Friday. We need help in getting her ready, and she needs looking after when she comes home.
Some experience of special needs, or autism is useful, but not essential as we (and her school) can give training. But essentially, it is like looking after any young child. Getting dressed, cooking and feeding, packing for school, reading stories. She’s very sweet and smiles a lot.
We have a lovely, calm (perhaps even lazy) dog, called Alfred, who goes wherever Olivia goes. We live in a big, modernised Victorian house in a quiet and leafy part of South East London, with great transport links and lots of space. There is a great gym and pool five minutes walk away, and we offer our au pairs free membership. Our local area also has good shopping facilities, restaurants, parks and is very safe.
Our au pair has her own bedroom, with WIFI / TV access, and own bathroom. We have had au pairs for many years, and are a warm and welcoming family. Some of our au pairs have stayed with us for years, and we are happy to put you in touch with them.
We have a cleaning lady who comes once a week, so only light housework is required in between.
