Looking for positive and loving live in au pair child carer near Marble Arch for our loving 8.5 year old girl and 4.5 year old boy
Fun and lively Franco-Canadian family looking for live-in au pair to care for their 2 children (G 8.5 Y, B4.5 Y). They are both hard workers and travel abroad regularly. They live in a spacious, modern and design apartment by Hyde Park.
What’s needed:
1. Weekly work hours: 25 hours + 2/3 baby sittings
a. 8-9am and 3.30-7.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, Friday
b. 2/3 nights babysitting (including one in the week end)
2. Pick-ups from school (walking distance), taking them to after school activities, coordinating play dates, providing intellectual stimulation for both
3. Do daily routine: Encourage educational activities, prepare healthy meals for both children, bath time, read to the children, keep flat tidy, washing and ironing of children clothes, debrief parents in the evening
4. Other: top up shopping, ironing children clothes, top up cleaning (we have a cleaner who comes once a week)
5. Once a month, sole charge for 1/2 nights (if more, grand-mother come and help)
6. During school holidays: may be asked to travel with the family, may increase hours if both parties happy (mostly with grandmother or parents) with extra pay these weeks
Requirements:
Good level of English, mature, positive, love children, good presentation, trusting, hard-working, flexible, clean and tidy, discreet, reliable, caring, gentle, fair yet strong, proactive, good Swimmer and must fit in easily. Must be able to have sole care of both children few days per month, when both parents travel. No smoking or drinking. Must have experience with young children.
French speaking would be a plus, as both our children speak French at home.

- Live with international family and travel with them
- Super central London location where we can walk everywhere, just by Hyde Park
- Have your own room and shared bathroom (with children) + wifi
- £150 / week and all living costs/travel/paid
- 20 days paid holidays
