LIVE IN / LIVE OUT , HOUSE KEEPER REQUIRED
A very well experienced Live-in /Out House keeper is required in Belsize Park ( very close to tube station) by mother and her two teenage daughters and two small dogs.
House has four floors. Mother works from home. Kind and friendly atmosphere.
Duties:
Cleaning
Laundry
Ironing
Driving
Organising
Cooking
Dog walking
"Baby sitting"
Accept deliveries
Supervise repairmen
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience
Non-smoker
Have a clean driving license
Speak very good English
Have checkable references
Work permit
Have experience with teenage kids
Like dogs
Be tidy and clean
Hardworking
Honest
Punctual
Be flexible
Self motivated
Not manage another job on the side
Live in option: Luxurious double bedroom with bathroom ensuite, excellent WIFI
Live out option: Candidate needs to be able to stay one night a week at the house when mother is away. ( A room in a two bedroom apartment in Kilburn could be provided if needed)
If the candidate wants to live at her own accommodation she should not live further than 30 minutes travel time away.
Salary: As per arrangement and according to experience.
Holiday Pay, Insurance and workplace pension included
Four weeks holiday, plus extra can be earned by optional weekend work.
Working hours: Monday to Friday all day with break, one afternoon off
plus Saturday mornings ( negotiable)
A smart candidate could be supported by a cleaner after some time so she could learn a new role in property management.
