About us:
We are a down to earth family living in Hammersmith/Brook Green looking for a nanny/mother’s help either live-in or live-out. Mummy is Belgian and daddy is British and we have 3 children (7B, 6B and 2G). Mummy is working part-time from home. Our eldest son (7) is a caring and sensitive boy who loves Lego and cars. Our second son (6) likes football, cricket and playing with his brother and sister. The boys are very close as they are only 1 year apart. Our daughter (2) is a sweet little girl both girly and tomboy. She’s funny and cheeky in equal measure and wants to do everything her brothers do. Generally, our children are well behaved, gentle and have good manners but they also have a healthy amount of cheekiness in them. Sadly our lovely nanny who’s been with us for 5 years is leaving London to move in with her boyfriend. Hence, we are looking for a live-in or live-out nanny/mother’s help to help with the morning routine (to get them all out of the door on time) and then again in the afternoon for the afterschool logistics. Ideally, we’d like someone who is flexible and could occasionally be doing a few more hours or change hours slightly (prior notice will be given). The person will occasionally be assisting mummy but otherwise be in sole charge of 1 or 2 or 3 children, according to a mutually pre-agreed schedule.
The successful candidate will be welcomed to be part of a happy and warm family and will be very well looked after.
What we are looking for:

Someone who is happy, fun, with a can-do attitude, passionate about children, tidy, reliable, punctual, organised and who enjoys indoors and outdoors activities.
We would like the person to have some experience with children of 2 to 7 years old.
TASKS include helping to get the children ready for school, occasional school runs, bringing them to various local activities/ playdates after school, helping mummy managing the boys’ homework, a bit of light cooking and help with the bath and bed routine. Also some help with light household shores.
The job can be LIVE-IN OR LIVE-OUT. The live-in person will have the top floor of the house to herself, including an ensuite bathroom, wifi, TV etc.
HOURS would be 7.30am to 9.30am and 3pm to 7pm, occasionally we might request to be there around lunch time.
2 Nights of babysitting included
During holidays, we might request to do a few more hours.
It is important that the person can be flexible on timings.

Other Requirements:

CRB and first aid course
Excellent command of English is essential. French would be a plus but not required at all.
