We are a British family looking for a full time, live-in nanny for our two year old daughter from December.
We are looking for a warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic nanny to join our happy family. Our daughter attends nursery (9 - 12.30) five mornings a week and we have one loving, family dog.
The duties include:
• Preparing breakfast, getting daughter dressed and taking to nursery
• Collecting from nursery, giving lunch and putting down for a nap
• Taking daughter to afternoon activities / play dates or playing with her at home
• Keeping her motivated and happy
• Cooking healthy meals
• Nursery duties
• If comfortable, we would love someone who would be happy to take our dog for a walk in one of the nearby parks 3 mornings a week
• Light housekeeping (e.g. Unloading the dishwasher if it needs it) but there is a weekly cleaner for the cleaning
• Occasional errands (e.g. Collecting something from the post-office)
• A positive, can-do attitude and being part of our team
Must speak English very well and be comfortable with dogs.
5 + years’ experience working with similar aged children
Driving license preferable
Need to have relevant VISA to work in the UK
Up to date DBC and First Aid Certificate
Must have excellent, checkable references
Looking to pay £400 - £450 net / week with an option to have extended holidays (up to 12 weeks per year), living costs and food included. Own double bedroom (shared bathroom with child).
