Linen Porter, Property Manager and Maintenance Manager
We are a serviced apartment company in Central London (W1U). We have a portfolio of apartments that need to be attended to daily.
Tasks will include;
• driving around the properties within our portfolio.
• Maintaining linen stock levels and sorting damaged items.
• Basic guest interaction including, handing over keys, dealing with requests such as extra pillows or working the heating system.
• Maintenance duties at handyman level.
• Quality control of cleaning and maintenance issues.
• Must have a good eye for detail to spot issues.
• Stay on top of daily tasks.
• Manage your time efficiently.
• Constant communication with Directors about ways to improve efficiency and quality of properties.

People with experience, who are fluent in English, can work hard within a team and commit to helping the team maintain a 5 star reputation.
NOTE
