Exciting full time line cook position available for a busy, fun Japanese concept in City of London.
Monday to Friday evening operation with two lunch services. Serving modern Japanese Izakaya style food. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine not essential all training made available.
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar line cook role
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills with team members
• Ability to take direction and follow through on commands
• Demonstrate good work flow and food hygiene practises
• Cook and serve food to company standards
• Exemplary references
