BOBs Lobster is looking for an experienced LINE COOK/ CDP to join the team at its new restaurant opening in London Bridge.
The restaurant, encompassing 55 covers will feature a fast paced, regular changing small plates menu showcasing the best from land and sea; focusing on seasonal and sustainable produce to be paired with an extensive wine list.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small  but dynamic and fast growing team and looking for the next challenge and work with exceptional seasonal and extravagant ingredients. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and be able to cook their Socks off, be a team player and have a sense of humour.
BOB's Lobster is a seafood and wine specialist serving seafood extravagance in a casual and fun setting. Starting life as an award winning food truck and event catering specialist we are excited to be opening our first permanent site in London Bridge just down the road from where it all started and our sister wine bar Bedales of Borough Market.
