We are currently looking for a professional, hard working, enthusiastic and committed full time line and service chef at our raw vegan restaurant in Notting Hill.
We are a dynamic business that is growing fast, with the aim of consistently delivering cutting edge cuisine and a multi sensory dining experience for our customers. You will work within a team of experienced and passionate raw chefs.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and a hard worker who can demonstrate the following skills:
* Strong organisational, a knowledge of kitchen systems and their implementation
* Ability to follow instruction and recipes to an accurate level
* Fast and diligent working practices
* A strong and communicative team player
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Interested in growing within our company
* A good knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen practice and health and safety protocols (it would be desirable - though not essential - to possess a Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate)
It is also useful that the candidate has previous experience in service, food plating and presentation.
