4Leisure are currently recruiting for lifeguards to work in a Lido in the South West London area over the summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the leisure industry, work flexible hours and to earn some extra money over the summer.
You must hold an NPLQ for this role! As a lifeguard you will need to be reliable, confident and have a good work ethic.
We have both part time and full time hours available across weekdays and weekends with a range of early morning and late shifts.
As a lifeguard your main responsibilities will be:
*Monitoring users of the pool to ensure they are safe.
*Ensuring people in and around the pool are complying with guidelines to have a safe and enjoyable visit.
*Carrying out first aid and rescues when required.
*Being alert at all times
*Reporting any issues to the Duty Manager.
*Cleaning duties around the pool.
You will be offered training opportunities to keep your qualification up to date.
