A vibrant central London estate agents are looking to recruit a Lettings Property Manager to help run their extensive managed portfolio. The roll includes property management, dealing tenancy contract renewals ,maintenance issues, rental payments and accounts. Previous experience a real bonus although not essential along with knowledge of the Gemini accounting system.
The suitable applicant will need to be computer literate, reliable and a team player. Flexible working hours a possibility (35 hrs min). Good basic salary and bonus on hitting annual target. Please send CV by email.
