Lettings Property Manager – South West London SW19 - up to £27k /Hours Monday – Friday.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading independent Lettings agent who have built up an extremely successful Lettings business in the SW19 area. We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager who will be responsible for ensuring gas safety certificates are in order, dealing with repairs maintenance issues, carrying out inspections when required.
Purpose of Role:
Invoicing landlords
Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
Arranging annual gas safety checks
Inspections
Administration
Dealing with day to day property management matters.
Dealing with tenant deposits through DPS
Chasing rent arrears
Meeting and greeting
Essential Skills:
Ideally at least 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager although not essential.
Have a good understanding of Residential Lettings Management and current legislation.
Hold a full driving license and access to your own car (Free Parking Provided)
Possess good customer relation skills
The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and telephone manner.
Knowledge of Excel
