This is a fantastic time to join as we are currently working along side one of the biggest housing associations in the U.K and constantly proving successful. Responsibilities: We are looking for a negotiator to join our team with previous sales experience.
experience in the Lettings industry is not required as full training will be provided. The core responsibilities are as follows:
- To ensure that a friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude is maintained.
- To register and record details of applicants and their requirements.
- To arrange suitable accompanied viewings.
- To record details on the property to let form for prospective Landlords.
- After appropriate training, where possible, value properties, advising the Landlord of the anticipated rental income, and ensuring and negotiating with the Landlord of the services on offer.
- To confirm any offer on the property in writing and, where necessary, to negotiate between the two parties.

No experience required, training is provided. Essential skills:
- Previous sales experience in any industry.
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Money motivated
- Full UK Driving License and own car absolutely essential.
