We are looking for an experienced and well presented lettings negotiator with a proven track record of hitting targets. The ideal candidate will have good market knowledge of the West London, Richmond and Kingston area with at least 12 months lettings experience in London/ Surrey.
Working on a freelance basis covering WEST LONDON, RICHMOND AND Kingston you will have an incredible opportunity to earn uncapped commission with Vesper Homes. Vesper Homes has grown 150% over the past 12 months with further growth expected this year of 250%.
The role of lettings negotiator involves but not limited to; qualifying potential tenants, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. Negotiating offers and working closely with our lettings coordinator to ensure smooth tenancy transactions for our clients.
You will be required to be a proactive business generator in order to increase market share.
You will also be working closely with our Sales Department, In house property manager and Corporate Relocation Department, being an instinctive team player is essential in order to deliver the highest levels of customer service to landlords and tenants and exceed their expectations. As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
· Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
· The ability to negotiate
· Sound business ethics
· Tenacity and be a self-starter
· The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
· A desire to want to grow the company and provide outstanding customer service
Travel allowance of £250.00 per month
Commission: 15 - 25% (AVERAGE MONTHLY EARNINGS approximately £1,000-£1500)
