A successful Lettings Negotiator will be professional, approachable, ambitious, enthusiastic, friendly, self-motivated, well organised, positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be motivated by money, exceeding targets and driven by a job well done. Previous experience of the property industry is desirable, although not always essential
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner in an attempt to build rapport.
Ascertain applicants' needs by listening carefully to the details provided
Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties and organise viewings at the earliest opportunity.
Ensure all viewings are promptly followed up and that the Landlord is immediately advised of the details
Ensure than when an offer is accepted that all administrative duties are attended to and that the let is actively progressed through to a satisfactory and business like conclusion.
Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions
About You:
Previous sales experience preferred
experience with working towards targets
Have a Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department
