A job post has arisen for a lettings negotiator to join our team and also assist with admin in the office. experience is not essential and sufficient training will be given to help the chosen candidate achieve milestones in this role so please do not hesitate to apply.
Successful applicants will be responsible for arranging and conducting viewings, preparing paperwork and checking tenants into and out of properties.
Applicants  will have access to a company vehicle so a full UK driving license is require with no points incurred within the past 5 years.
Plus commission and bonuses.
