Currell Residential are looking for a highly professional and motivated Lettings Negotiator to work in our growing and busy offices in Hackney Wick and Victoria Park.
Key responsibilities will include:

Registering letting applicants and carrying out property viewings.
Negotiating offers with landlords and tenants.
Promoting the Currell brand through exceptional service to tenants and landlords.
Overseeing and handling the entire lettings process from point of offer to move in.

It is essential that you have:

An enthusiastic, organised and proactive approach.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills
A full clean UK driving licence.
At least 12 months experience working in a busy lettings department.
