Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work long hours/weeks
- Understanding of the pressures of working in a sales environment.
- Ability to meet targets and close deals.
- Passion for properties
- 12 - 18 Months minimum lettings experience (for senior role)
- Knowledge of lettings process
- Ability to cold call and canvass for properties.
- Knowledge of Canary Wharf, Docklands and City areas.
- Attention to detail, well spoken and presentable.
- Clean driving license
- Good telephone mannerism and written skills.
- Honesty and Integrity
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to carry out market appraisal (valuations) (for senior role)
