About you

An experienced Lettings Negotiator is an advantage but not necessary.
Show a proven track record in generating new business.
Highly motivated individual looking to work in a busy Lettings Department.
Target driven
Must have own car and full clean UK driving licence.
Must live within 3-4 miles from office

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifying new applicants
Interreacting with landlords
Arranging and carrying-out viewings
Arranging and carrying-out valuations
Providing a first-class service to all clients and landlords.
Managing the process from an offer being agreed to Tenancy Agreements being sign, through to move-in.
Providing applicants and Landlords with regular feedback.
Professionally handling calls to the company.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and communication skills.
A friendly and approachable manner.
Highly organized.
Persuasive negotiation skills.
An active interest in the property market.
The ability to work under pressure and to meet targets and deadlines.
IT literate
