Job Summary
We are looking for a highly energetic individual to join our team as a lettings negotiator. The role is largely varied and will require perseverance, drive and plenty of enthusiasm. Your main responsibility will be to show properties to potential tenants and negotiate offers. As you gain more experience you will be trained to appraise and market properties. A car and full driving licence is essential. In addition to your basic salary your efforts will be remunerated with high commission values and plenty of opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate must be able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication and organisation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point are essential. Must be a team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative.

Hours:
Monday - Thursday (Friday off) and Saturday.
8.30Am - 7.00pm Weekdays
9.00Am - 4.00pm Weekend
