We are looking for a professional and reliable lettings negotiator for a busy flat share company.
Salary will be determined based on experience, plus commission.
Our office space is based in Holland Park a two-minute walk from the Holland Park tube station for the central line.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting single viewings and block viewings with prospective tenants looking to rent a room in shared apartments
• Taking deposits
• Conducting tenant check-ins
• Key handover
• Some admin duties.
