Lettings Manager Needed in London

A brand new role for a dynamic and energised individual who wishes to own part of the company.
Outlet are looking for a dynamic and pro-active individual to join their busy and successful lettings division and oversee the continued drive for gaining new business and the associated marketing activities that come with a desire to grow the company.
We expect this role to be filled by someone with a proven and demonstrable track record in residential lettings and believe it will go to a person already working in a similar capacity within an agency, ideally in central London.
You will be a bright and energetic individual who works well within a small team and have a good understanding of compliance and regulatory matters in the lettings industry as well as excellent administration and IT skills. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to converse clearly and effectively with a wide ranging clientele is naturally essential.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience. OTE £45,000 but there is the ability to achieve much more for those willing to commit as a long term member of the Outlet team and prepared to go the extra mile.

As a director you are invited to be involved in adding your voice to the company re-branding exercise and the new website build that are due to start in September 2022. As a part owner of the company you would be involved in all the major decisions of growing the business and of telling our exciting new story. This position is for those who have carved a successful career in the property market but now feel they want to have ownership of a property company and stamp their own flavour on its story.
No investment is needed for this unique opportunity simply a desire to provide a service that astounds our customers and creates  a unique company story that people just want to talk about. You should also show the required dynamism to aid drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
- Sourcing new business through developing relationships with property investors, building managers and small developers as well as listing new property stock through contacting prospective property owners.
- Planning, scheduling and reporting letting activity.
- Identifying and reporting back business opportunities in new and target markets.
- Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Provide clear and inspirational direction for your team.
- Conducting property valuations and winning instructions by communicating the Outlet difference.
- Providing valuation reports backed up by evidential comparables.
- Liaising effectively with other administration teams.
- Attending and overseeing 1 on 1 and group meetings with other team members.
- Holding 1:1 review meetings, identifying development needs of your team.
- To Garner a healthy respect from all members of your Team.

Working hours: generally Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm plus occasional Saturdays, 11 am to 4 pm - candidates need to be flexible.
