Part time LETTINGS ASSISTANT (15-25 hrs pw) - Own car or motorbike required - £8.50ph -  Based SW18
Job requirements:
- Based in Wandsworth SW18
- Requires own transport: you must own a car or motorbike and have a clean driving license.
- Pay rate £8.50 per hour
- Approximately 15-25 hours per week (depending on preference)
- Requires availability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office etc.
- Would suit a STUDENT
Background:
Friendly positive person required to assist in all aspects of our small friendly independent regulated lettings agency.
It will be an excellent experience for anyone interested in making property a future career, or getting first exposure to the property market or to running a business.
The job is flexible and would suit a student at university. We require a professional attitude and high standards; we are friendly to work with and are flexible over hours and working conditions.  We cover any mileage expenditure.
We have an office dog so the right candidate must be comfortable working in an environment with a dog.
Type of person:
- Positive attitude more important than experience (training provided)
- Friendly, able to create positive first impressions.
- Confident with people and outgoing
- Reliable, good time keeping required
- Excellent telephone manner
Time commitment:
- Part time and flexible hours between 15-25 hours per week.
- Will include evenings and Saturdays
Tasks out of office:
- Property viewings with tenants
- Property inspections including check ins and check outs.
- Preparing inventories and check out reports (software based)
- Basic photography skills
- Flying leaflets and running errands as needed.
Tasks in office:
- Responding to enquiries and booking viewings.
- Data entry to PC (datebases, spreadsheets or scanning)
- Uploading information to websites
- Managing administration related to inspections, check ins and check outs.
