Hurford Salvi Carr has an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to join the team based in Limehouse. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
Key Responsibilities as our Lettings Administrator
This role is a busy and varied job supporting both lettings and renewals team. The successful candidate must have previous experience within lettings administration as the role will be busy from the start and experience covering the following duties are required.
- Drawing up tenancy agreements for new lets and renewals
- Book check in and check out reports and thoroughly check reports before sending to all parties
- Right to Rent checks are completed
- Chase move in funds and billing for outstanding monies
- Deposit returns
- Ordering gas safety certificates and energy performance certificates
- Loading photos
- Tagging keys
- Assist with any pre-tenancy work and enquiries
- Updating spreadsheets
- Answering landlord and tenant enquiries
Skills and experience needed to become our Lettings Administrator
Candidates should ideally have 2-3 years’ experience working within an Estate Agents. Arla qualified would be beneficial and an ability to meet deadlines. Good attention to detail with strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise a varied workload is a must for this job.
