Letting Renewals Coordinator Needed

We have a new exciting opportunity not to be missed at Hurford Salvi Carr for a Letting/Renewals Coordinator to come and join our team based in our office in London. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 to £27,000 per annum!

Key responsibilities of our Letting/Renewals Coordinator.
- Drafting/ finalising tenancy agreements.
- Book check in / checkouts – check reports thoroughly before sending out to all parties.
- Chasing move in funds from tenants
- Billing and chasing landlords for balances owed.
- Docu Sign lettings terms, contracts, referencing, safety certificates.
- Ensuring GSC and EPCs are ordered/ are on file.
- LL and TT ID’s are on file – right to rent checks done.
- TT swap addendums
- Being responsible for tagging up keys and updated key book.
- Filing AML documents
- Updating Excel spreadsheets with monthly figures and future payment instalments.
- Loading photos
- Deposit returns
- Assist both lettings and management teams with any pre-tenancy works/ enquiries.
- Prep tenant move in keys/ USB sticks
- Drafting/ordering canvassing cards
- Answer telephones, deal with any landlord/ tenant enquiries.
- Stationary ordering
- General ad-hoc duties
We are shortly introducing a new Lettings software package, Reapit. Full training will be given. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
Our ideal Letting/Renewals Coordinator
To become our Letting/Renewals Coordinator previous experience in residential lettings is essential as responsibilities will include tenancy progression, lettings compliance checks, renewals and general administration.
