Elliot Carter are looking for a letting negotiator to join our young and enthusiastic team in our Hillingdon branch.
The successful candidate will need to actively participate in the team morning meeting, register applicants and identify their needs and requirements, contact applicants and introduce them to the suitable properties, arrange and attend viewings fully prepared to answer property related questions, negotiating offers achieving the best price for the property, filing documents accurately, achieve and exceed all targets set for you, Understand and abide by the Estate Agents Act, The Property Misdescription Act and the Money Laundering Regulations and to Provide exceptional client service.
