Homefinders is an established and technically one of the most advanced Estate agents in East London. We have been in East London since 1988. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated team player to join our team as a Lettings Negotiator in our new office in Dalston.

Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings
• Registering new applicants, manage, update and maintain regular contact with existing applicants
• Negotiate the deal between applicants and landlords, take holding deposit
• Answer incoming calls and emails. Dealing with customer enquiries
• Providing applicants and landlord/sellers with regular feedback
• Assisting with business generation
Our dynamic Lettings and Sales Negotiators are the face of the business and assist the Branch Manager in developing and growing the business.
The successful candidate must possess:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus
Desire to meet and exceed targets
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence

We are looking for individuals to maintain the high standards we pride ourselves on while pushing the business forward to expand and grow even further. Some sales experience in other industries will be advantageous but is not necessary as we are looking for the right personality and a `can do` attitude to join our team.
PACKAGE COMPRISING:
BASIC: £14k TO £17k (depending on experience)
GENEROUS COMMISSION

COMPANY POOL CAR (Full UK driving license required)
Hours are – 9am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, Saturdays 10-4pm (for every two Saturday one full day off)
