Job Description

Direct tenant Liaison and Customer Services.
Previous experience workings in a property management team (specifically with LHA)
Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
Understanding of Property Management Legislation.
Respond to all inquiries relating to lettings in a timely and efficient manner and follow up effectively to achieve maximum occupancy.
Undertake daily administrative duties to enable a smooth service delivery to tenants.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of the property market.
Able to respond positively to challenges
A full UK driving license
Ensuring all applicant data is correct and suitable candidates are being housed.
Other tasks and activities associated with the role.

Skills and Abilities

Self-motivated, organized and ability to learn quickly.
Effective telephone and written communication.
Ability to work independently and within a managed team environment.
Smart and well presented
General administrative and day-to-day office skills.
Ability to speak fluent English and a second language would be desirable.
Strong and confident in your manner, working well under pressure and demonstrating a can-do attitude.
A flexible approach to working hours may be required.
Advanced Microsoft Word, and Excel knowledge.
Previous experience of using Decorus and Sage is desirable.
