What you will do
You will learn fundamentals such as drafting of legal documents including: particulars of claims; skeletons; advices; preparation of applications and trial bundles; Legal research; drafting of correspondence; and note taking.
You will also learn about practice management, business development and marketing. You will attend conferences and court with counsel to observe the court process and see advocacy in action.
Who we are after
You will have recently completed your vocational qualifications and should have excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to communicate with both written and oral advocacy.
About the programme
 Location: Chambers of Lawrence Power, 4 King’s Bench Walk, Temple, London EC4 Y 7DL.
 Payment: Expenses.
 Duration: 4 weeks to max 6 months (negotiable).
 Suggested hours: 5 days a week 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (negotiable).
