We are currently recruiting a mature person for an interesting role within our law firm, based in Mayfair, London.
This is a role which will see you providing assistance to lawyers and support staff within the firm with view to become the Practice Manager dealing with all the compliance.
The ideal candidate will be organised and pro-active, with prior experience of providing admin support in a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management – maintain general office tidiness with responsibility for all office supplies and archiving completed job files.
• First point of contact for incoming calls - answer the telephone or meet clients who call into the office, answering queries and taking messages.
• Finance administration
• Deal with all aspects of general admin and legal compliance.
• Continually review and improve standards and procedures, ensuring these are implemented and adhered to.
• Assist with any other duties as required.
Person specific:
• Minimum of 3 years experience within similar role.
• Computer literacy in relevant software packages (Ms Office Suite)
• Good communication skills
• Excellent English as written and verbal communication skills.
• Organisational skills including the ability to prioritise work.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good time keeping
• Problem solver
• Ability to cope with pressure and maintain a calm manner at all times.
Full Time, Mon-Fri, 9 - 6
Salary Negotiable
