The learning and development trainer help with the ongoing, long-term improvement of employees` skills, enabling them to fulfill their potential within their company. Increasingly, Learning and Development trainers is required to be pro-active, assessing the skills and knowledge within a company and establish the training needs within the hotels. As a part of the fast moving environment you will be required to:
- Be the first point of contact for all training queries -Ensure all induction and training records are completed for new and existing employee -Monitor, measure and report on training needs, development plans and achievements -Visit hotels to provide onsite training support when required -Design and expand training and development programs -Develop effective induction modules and manage the delivery of all training and development programs The ideal Candidate will have/be:
- Interpersonal skills, able to motivate others and change people`s attitudes when necessary -Written and spoken communication skills -Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives -Good time-keeping skills to enable them to effectively manage training schedules -Effective written, verbal, training and presentation skills -Flexibility in approaching work situations and able to travel, stay away overnight from time to time and work weekends/evenings as the business demands How to Apply: Please click the `apply now` button to fill in the full application on our website.
