LEAD TEACHING ASSISTANT FOR COGNITION and LEARNING
(30 hours per week, term time only).
Scale LBR5 Point 22-25 (£22,506 - £24,510 p.a. Pro rata )
We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant who would like to develop their ability,
expertise or potential in supporting/managing support for students with cognition and
learning difficulties.
The Lead Teaching Assistant will be expected to oversee:
- Teaching Assistants within your team in order to provide appropriate support for
students.
- The organisation of student record keeping in TA Record Folders and ensure they
are kept up to date and arranged appropriately.
- Some of the work carried out by Outside Agencies
- Interim review meetings for students with EHCPs and at School support within your
team.
Assist with drafting and producing of One Page Profiles and assist with Annual Review
procedures.
