Brik are looking for a lead graphic designer to join us in our quest to improve estate agency. Brik is an independent estate agency renowned within the agency world for its innovative and excellent marketing materials and industry leading magazine. This is an excellent position to work with part of a small and dynamic multi-disciplined team in using your design skills to further the Brik cause. It would make an ideal position for a talented designer looking to start their career and cut their teeth in the real world.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Running and delivering on the annual marketing plan (including: Flyers, booklets, email marketing, magazine and others to deadline)
- Designing and producing from scratch the Brik magazine (72pp 3 times a year)
- Liaising with our printers (digital and lithographic), copy writers, advertisers, distributors.
- Processing and touching up property photos, property details etc.

Infographics / Print design / Photo processing / Strong organisational.
Qualifications required
- Degree in Graphic Design
Applicants must be fluent in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop)
- Mailchimp (not a deal breaker)
- Google Sheets/Excel (good understanding)
