You’re on it: Prep list to finish, cleaning jobs to organise, a delivery turns up late and needs checking off and a service starts in 30 minutes - you’re not fazed - you take it all in your stride with a smile.
You’re caring and decent: You know when to have fun, but also when to sit someone down for a serious chat. You know that managing people a most important part of your job too – we favour a relaxed, but firm and fair approach.
What we need:
You’re experienced: You’ve worked as a sous chef or kitchen manager before with experience in an either branded or independent businesses.
You're a multitasking grafter: You’re just as happy on the pass as being face to face with the grill on a Saturday night as you are helping with a deep clean, organising the orders, counting stock and doing a trial shift for a new KP.
You’re entrepreneurial: As a fast growing business, things change, quickly. We need someone comfortable with a bit of uncertainty, who’s flexible and tenacious. We’re not the finished article. Together we will build the processes, systems and culture as we grow and you will play a role in shaping what we become.
