We are looking for an evening dental nurse/receptionist to work on regular basis every Monday and Wednesday afternoon/evening. The start/end hours are not fully set as this depends on the appointment times and therefore we will require a bit of flexibility however it will be normally 5 hours each day finishing latest by 9 pm.
The ideal candidate has to be IT literate with good command of English, strong interpersonal skills, communicative with a positive "can do" attitude. Understanding of patient data confidentiality and data protection is a must.
The duties will include:
Dental nursing
Answering Calls
Responding to e-mails in timely manner
Using dental software (SOE Exact) - arranging appointments, putting payments through etc.
Writing consultation and treatment reports for some of the clinicians.
Running end of the day reports and cashing up.
