Our aim is to provide all of our guests with a holiday experience when they visit our restaurant and as a bartender, your mission is to wow our guests with your cocktail making skill and exceptional hospitality. Full training will be given but this is a demanding job; you have to memorise all of our cocktails and make them quickly and efficiently whilst smiling and impressing the guests. We want you to be the best you can be and training and development will always be available.
