Job Description
Key working relationships

Working with Lead Engineers
Reporting to Management
Working with existing members of the engineering team, warehouse and E-Commerce to progress.

The Role
To fully test, log and report on refurbished laptops that get delivered daily.  Checking for faults and potentially fault fixing. To load operating systems and work on our active stock system that is updated daily.  To report daily with new products and issues.
Main Duties

Fully test and log/audit of all new laptops.
Create spreadsheets content and use our in-house CRM to create reports.
Working on our active stock system with locations.
To load operating systems via network boot.
To collect that daily requirements for orders and work on returns that arise.
To ensure that the specification required is 100% correct for sale.
Working on Laptops from point of entry to point of sale.

General Duties

Keeping your area clean and safe daily.
Ensure the compliance of company procedures, such as Health and Safety; Environmental; Quality for all areas under your direct control.
Display a pro-active attitude within the organisation.
Willingly carry out other reasonable duties deemed appropriate by the company. Assisting colleagues in other departments where necessary.

Desired attributes

experience in laptop building is required.
Keen eye for detail and good organisation skills.
To have a keen interest in Laptops and PC’s and IT and the future of IT.
