Insta Services Landscaping and Building require a dedicated, hardworking, intelligent professional. We are constantly developing new ideas and methods and ask all our staff to be innovative and enthusiastic in bettering themselves and therefore helping us to develop our business.
You will be required to be skilled in the undertaking of all aspects of landscaping and building This will include setting out from plans, groundwork, paving, wall construction, carpentry, horticultural works and all other on site tasks associated with the creation of modern gardens.
Working directly under a Landscape Foreman and a Landscape Director, the Landscaper will be charged with the following job roles.
A Full Driving license is required.
Site logistics:
- Upon instruction ensuring all site is clean and tidy.
- Actively ensuring all tools are clean and properly maintained.
- All routes and storage for the movement of materials are organised and clearly presented.
Landscaper’s role and self-management:
- Ensuring you are well presented and punctual.
- Understanding your limitations and being ready and willing to learn.
- Effective communication with other staff members, particularly your Foreman.
- Skills to create a postive working environment using solid methods and workmanship to create high quality work.
Communication with Management:
- Able to constantly identify where slowing/waste in the project may occur and discussing with your Foreman how to correct and adjust.
- Successfully manage decisions passed from your Foreman, and adjust your methods to suite.

- Stone laying

- Material care and maintenance
- Tool care
- ‘Site Maths’ and accurate measurement and set up.
