Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Overtime
Hours: 40 per week – 7:30am - 4pm – Monday – Friday (hours may vary due to location of work)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Kingston Landscape Group Limited as we continue to expand our Business.
You will be required to work as part of a team to complete hard and soft landscaping installations in accordance with project specifications, CDM requirements and our own Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental procedures, statutory requirements and industry best practice.
The company headquarters are based in Whitton, but we work in London, the home counties and the South East.

Key Skills Responsibilities:
• Supervise a crew of up to 3 employees and prioritise work.
• Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frame.
• Manages projects in conjunction with Maintenance manager and practices effective watering management techniques.
• Recognizes any maintenance related issue on sites and reports them directly back to superiors.
• General maintenance of shrubs, herbaceous, turf at existing sites
• Supervises van loading daily and manages equipment and supplies for projects.
• Interfaces with clients/customer when needed and establishes relationships.
• Operates and trains on the use of equipment.
Skills/experience needed:
• Minimum of 6 months experience managing and supervising a team
• Must have reasonable horticultural knowledge including plant species
• Landscape maintenance experience
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Ability to work outside all day
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Clean records, CRB check will be undertaken
• Good communication skills essential
• Good ability to work within a team
• Excellent time keeper, ability to multi task and work in challenging environments to deadlines
• Strong work ethic, with good attitude and willingness to work.
• CSCS Card essential.
